I call my team ‘the Ninjas of JFW‘. They are hardworking, proactive and dedicated to the organisation’s collective goals. It is imperative for me that each of my team members understands that to work like a well oiled machine, one has to be in sync with the organisation’s philosophy and values. To build and retain a team is striking balance between identifying the potential of a team member and accordingly assigning the duties to them.
With Junior’s Fashion Week trotted around all the corners of the country last year, my vision to create an edutainment platform for the children in the fashion and lifestyle industry has strengthened manifold. 2018 has been a promising start and the faith of parents and brands likewise has instilled a sense of responsibility in me and my team to deliver nothing less than excellence.
Junior’s Fashion Week has been associated with premium clothing and lifestyle brands that have act as a bridge to introduce children to the ever exciting and inspiring world of junior model. JFW has worked with pioneer brands in children wear like USPA Kids, Marks & Spencer, The Children’s Palace, The F and the likes. I have been giving a lot of thought to expand my team at our Gurugram office, specifically looking forward to people who are good at communication and are on a lookout to build a career in fashion and lifestyle industry. I receive a lot of applications everyday but we need the best Ninjas!
